Cleaning of the archaeological sites

The non-profit association NURA informs that, inside of the project entitled: “Nuragus: volunteers for archeology” this year we will began cleaning and clearing the archaeological sites. All volunteers, can present themselves at the sacred well of Coni, from 8 am to 10:30 am and from 5:30 to 7:00 pm, equipped with weed cutters, gloves and gardening shears.

The project entitled “Nuragus: volunteers for archaeology” was born in 2013. It has at its core the work of volunteers of the cultural association NURA onlus and the cooperative NURE- integrated along with the promotion of these sites thanks to an improvement of their accessibility and to raise awareness in the community of the importance of the protection and the valorization of the archeological heritage of Nuragus and the discovery of the area’s history, especially the sacred well of Coni and the nuraghe Santu Millanu
